Responsibilities
We are seeking to appoint two outstanding practitioners as performers Arts Coordinators (2-year fixed-term positions, 0.5 FTE. Candidates will have a passion for the performing arts, a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive campus community, and the ability to lead engaging workshops, classes, and activities that enhance campus life. This role is essential for encouraging staff creativity, promoting engagement across disciplines, and building meaningful connections across schools, departments, and diverse groups within the university. From By harnessing the transformative power of performing arts, the facilitator will contribute to a cohesive, vibrant, and collaborative community.
Person specifications
Candidates will need experience working in the professional performing arts industry as a creative practitioner, a high level of communication and interpersonal skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
