a description:

As a Production Assistant, Creative, you’ll help ensure shoots run smoothly, secure logistics, support teams, and handle all production components – from budget realization to post-production packaging – efficiently and professionally. You will act as operational support across video and photo production, helping to manage the details that bring creative ideas to life. This role supports both the needs facing artists and executives, requiring strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Here you will get:

• Assist with all commissioned shoots to help ensure the creative is executed correctly, safely and within budget.
• Send invoices (production and artist costs), open and modify purchase orders, and support budget realization alongside the finance team.
• Onboard vendors and facilitate proper payment setup and production engagement.
• Coordinate artist, artist team and executive travel, including flight/hotel bookings and production itineraries.
• Announcing and tracking production insurance for each filming session.
• Organize all production details — budgets, treatments, shooting dates, artist costs and deliverables — for internal teams and partners.
• Support day-to-day production related tasks.
• Assist with post-production coordination by tracking review links, download requests, and delivery of final assets.
• Handling operational expense reports and coordinating related logistics.
• Help develop the visual language that defines how artists are seen around the world.
• Be part of a dynamic and collaborative creative process involving multiple artists, managers and departments.
• Discover, develop and maintain relationships with current and emerging creative talent: photographers, stylists, illustrators, designers, etc.
• Coordinate the operational side of high-impact creative projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Learn and grow within a motivated, culturally connected, artist-focused team.
• Participate in team meetings, weekly project updates, creative brainstorming, artist meetings, and management meetings.
• Use our project management tools and asset management systems to keep all businesses collaborative and connected day-to-day.
