About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Front End Developer He cares He’s interested in clean programming, loves solving complex puzzles, and has a great eye for design. This role is to completely redesign our site – not client work, not multiple sites.

Our will turn Figma Design in a custom WordPress site – no page builders, just a thoughtful, efficient, hand-coded template. We’ll be rolling out the new design component by component at the live site, so you’ll work closely with our team to carefully build and ship each part.

We use GitHub for version control. You must be confident in CSS, CSS tailwindPHP, JavaScript and HTML. If you’re detail-oriented and care about helping people in your business, we’d love to meet you.

(Note: We do not need/use JS frameworks like React, Vue.js, etc.)

What does work look like?

We are looking for a Front End Developer to work among our Design and Technology teams. Our current project is A Major redesignwhich still contains a lot of logic to encode. After that, you can work on any number of projects, from interactive tools built from scratch (example: Operating Agreement Generator) to internal tools for the content team.

As a first step, you’ll get a full breakdown of what’s been created so far. You can review or audit code, and you’ll be part of the brainstorming and problem-solving process. It will also help us know exactly what work still needs to be done.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transform detailed Figma designs into a responsive, accessible, and fully functional WordPress website

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and HTML.

• Make sure everything works across browsers and runs fast

• Work closely with our designer, backend developer, founder, and SEO strategist to get every detail right – we care deeply about doing a great job

• Help improve how we build things by improving our processes and sharing ideas
  

Required skills and qualifications:

• 10+ years of WordPress front-end experience

• Expert in converting Figma designs into custom WordPress themes

• Strong in CSS, PHP, JavaScript and HTML.

• Extensive experience using Tailwind CSS in real-world projects

• Strong proficiency in CSS and modern layout technologies (Flexbox, Grid, etc.)

• Deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design

• 3+ years of using Git for version control

• Clear, thoughtful communication in English – both written and spoken

• Willing to have honest and open conversations, even when needed – we care about trust and doing great work together
