Overview of the role

Tetr Business College seeks to obtain dynamic faculty members and dedications to educate and inspire the next generation of international business leaders. We are contracting Full -time teaching staff for Ai Applied AI and business analyzes For university programs throughout management and technology, with international travel opportunities to Dubai, Singapore, the United States, Argentina, Europe and Ghana. The ideal candidates will have a busy record in providing educational expertise for exceptional students and commitment to constantly enhance teaching methods through innovation and best practices. In addition, successful candidates must actively engage in research that contribute to valuable visions for both academic and industrial fans. Besides the semester, we are looking for faculty who are eager to enrich the broader Tetr community and play an active role in shaping a wonderful educational experience for our students.

Main responsibilities

As an assistant professor at Titr College of Business, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of entrepreneurship leaders. Your responsibilities will include:

• Teaching and contributing to the development of content and the design of the curriculum in your relevant area, such as
  • Amnesty International/mm
  • statistics
  • Basic programming (Python, etc.)
• Guidance and student participation

As a guide for graduate students, present academic guidance, leadership training, and projects support in entrepreneurship and job development.

• Research and thought leadership

Carry out and publish high -quality and related research research that contributes to the field of leadership leadership. Communication with the broader academic and commercial societies through conferences, publications and thought leadership initiatives.

• The contribution of the program and cooperation

Work closely with faculty members to support the design of the program, acceptance, events and strategic initiatives. It actively contributes to the culture of innovation, experimentation and multidisciplinary cooperation that defines Tetr.

• Community and industry participation

Building strong communications with industry leaders, graduates and ecosystem partners to enrich the learning experience and push the effect of the real world of students.

Qualifications:

• Full -time doctoral degree in direct teaching from a good reputation university, or the College of Business Administration (preferably AACSB / Equis / Ampa approved). The candidates who have completed the doctorate will also be considered.
• The teaching experience and experience installed at the levels of university stage and graduate studies in the business specializations of each of them, a strong record of students ’participation, and positive comments is very desirable.
• The experience of practical industry in international business is very desirable, enabling faculty members to integrate applications into the real world into academic learning.
• Students’ support for developing and launching their own commercial projects by providing guidance, industrial visions, and practical guidelines specifically designed for their fields.
