Zhejiang -university of Edinburgh Institute (ZJE) (ZJE) (http://zje.intl.zju.edu.cn/It was established by two international pioneering universities, Zhejiang University (2025 qs arrangement: 47) (https://www.zju.edu.cn/english/(Edinburgh University (2025 QS): 27))https://www.ed.ac.uk/On the international campus zhejiang in Haining, China. Based on the current strengths of both, the institute aims to enhance cooperation in teaching and research, explore multidisciplinary research, and adhere to basic and applied research in life sciences.

ZJE has an essential facility (consisting of Core FACS, the essence of photography, basic foundations, biological chemistry, biological informatics, etc.) and a laboratory animal attachment (up to 8,000 cages) to provide strong research support.

Research centers

ZJE has created many research centers with focused research trends to facilitate training in student research and encourage scientific discussion, cooperation, and seminars in each research center. Currently we have 5 search centers.

Opportunities

ZJE wants to appoint open -end academic faculty members to support and develop teaching and research. The appointed person is expected to develop and maintain an independent research program that completes the research priorities in the research centers hosted in ZJE.

The publication requires a doctorate degree and degree in a subject related to biomedical science. Experience in teaching in the Higher Education Foundation is a condition. Knowledge and interest in the current methods of tackling biomedical medical science questions and biomedical teaching support will be an advantage. Candidates who have a strong record of research in infection and immunity, cancer biology and creation science, biomedical information, especially data science, computational modeling,/or systems and physiology of systems, are encouraged in particular. The desired candidates must have great attention and commitment to training and guiding the next generation of biomedics from university level even to study graduate studies.

The recruitment contract will be held with Zhejiang University. The holding of the possession path is held for a period of six years, according to a satisfactory official review at the end of the fifth year. After the pregnant woman, the pregnant woman is supposed to move to an open academic contract at the end of the sixth year.

The requirements of ranks are as follows,

Full Professor: It is expected that the candidates will have experience as a co -professor or higher in world -famous institutions and show the ability to lead developments in their field.

Associate Professor: Candidates are expected to have experience as an assistant or higher professor in internationally popular institutions.

assistant professor: Candidates are expected to have at least three years of research experience after the doctorate and show strong academic capabilities.
