requirements:
– Ukrainian level C2
– Strong English level B2+
– Proven experience (5+ years) in senior HR roles, preferably in a leadership position
– Experience working with large HR teams of 10 people or more;
– Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to approach challenges creatively and find non-standard solutions to a variety of HR-related issues
– Knowledge of human resources best practices
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization
– Demonstrate the ability to lead, develop and motivate a team
– Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
– Experience in HRIS systems and HR analytics
– Analytical Skills: Must be able to analyze HR data and metrics to make informed decisions and recommendations for process improvement.

Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring effective implementation of HR services across the company
– Develop and implement human resources strategies consistent with the company’s overall objectives
– Oversee all aspects of human resources operations, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and discharge.
– Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
– Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership regarding organizational design, talent planning, and workforce development
– Build and promote a strong company culture focused on employee engagement and continuous improvement
– Analyze HR metrics and create regular reports to support data-driven decision making
– Lead initiatives related to diversity, equity, inclusion and employee well-being
– Leading change management initiatives and supporting organizational transformation
