As part of the strategic development of the University of Mainouth, the Computer Science Department is seeking an excellent academy to join our employees as an assistant professor / lecturer in computer science. Applicants must be strongly rooted in computer science, have internationally recognized experience in their field and follow -up research at the forefront of their topic. The appointed will be a full member of the teaching staff, and in this way it is expected that it will create in both research and teaching, to help manage the administration and its task, and contribute to the broader research community.

• Emerging computer science

The appointed candidate will be an excellent researcher and teacher who has a clear potential for the research leadership and has a record of teaching, research and publishing, and is suitable for the job stage. They will have a strong commitment to teaching university stage and graduate studies led by research and the ability/ability to explain to attract research financing and develop a world -class research program.

The appointed person is expected to build a strong research profile that supports the university’s research strategy, including belonging to research institutes, and when necessary, and work with colleagues in national and international research. The appointed appointed is expected to maintain and conduct research, engage in a grant of quality and materials, and generate international standard posts. They must have a strong commitment to the education of the university stage and the graduate studies led by the research and the ability/ability to explain to attract research financing and develop a global level research program. The successful candidate is expected to supervise the master’s and doctoral students.

salary:

Assistant Professor/Lecturer (2025): 64,753 euros – 102,539 euros (7 points)

Assistant Lecturer: 42,099 euros – 71,998 euros (14 points)

The appointments will be determined in accordance with the provisions of the payment of the public sector.

• Doctorate degree in computer science or relevant discipline;

• A strong academic record in teaching and research;

• Record installed in publishing research, supervision and the ability to contribute to the future research leadership at the University of Mainouth;

• Evidence of a continuous record of scientific work and the spread of international quality, which indicates the possibility of becoming an important shareholder in their field;

• Evidence that they follow/understand the principles of the open science exhibition to reproduce their research;

• Participate in research conferences and seminars;
