We are looking for driven and experienced people Program Manager To join our academic team at Glion London Campus. If you enjoy managing complex academic programs, working collaboratively with students and faculty, and making a meaningful impact, this could be your next exciting opportunity.

Your turn

  • Oversee and manage Glion London’s range of academic programmes.
    Support strategic academic planning and lead project implementation in alignment with institutional goals.
  • Act as a key liaison for MBA/Bachelor of Business Administration students, monitoring progress and enhancing the overall learning experience.
  • Ensure operational excellence by coordinating program-related logistics, deadlines and events.
  • Drive academic integrity and continuous improvement through surveys, feedback, and process improvement.
  • Contribute to faculty development through peer reviews and oversight of academic standards.
  • Represent the campus on group level projects and liaise with internal stakeholders across Sommet Education.
  • Organizing and supporting professional trips, training camps and academic events.

About you

You will hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (or have equivalent experience), ideally accompanied by a teaching qualification such as a PGCE. You will have significant experience in higher education or service industry, with a proven track record in project management, academic administration and liaising with a range of stakeholders. Your understanding of UK and international higher education systems, including quality assurance standards, is strong, and you have excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills. You thrive in multicultural and international environments, and apply a proactive, student-centred approach to everything you do.
