Backend Developer (Medium-Senior) – Onsite | Dnipro

This is a personal role based in the Dnipro office working with an experienced technical team.

Required skills:

• 4+ years of working experience with Python
• Strong knowledge of Django
• Strong understanding of class-based OOP principles
• Proficient in web technologies (HTTP, client/server architecture)
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Confidence in working with SQL and relational databases
• Above-intermediate or high level of English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to discuss high-level details with the business team, and encourage product improvements

Nice to have:

• Experience with Linux, DevOps, Nginx and K8s tools
• Experience with cloud providers (GCP, AWS)
• Experience with monitoring tools (OpenTelemetry and others)
• Familiarity with celery and celery wins
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript
• Experience with Redis and other caching systems
• Skilled in unit testing and refactoring
• Understand software design principles such as DRY and SOLID
