We are looking to appoint a Team Leader to assist with Oversee and manage food and beverage service across the Warwick Conferences group, ensuring all standards are maintained to a high level so that customers receive the best possible service. You will delegate responsibility to lead the team on shift as well as oversee training to develop a great team that is service focused and embeds the high standards of Warwick Conferences. You will be required to work any 5 out of 7 days working a variety of shifts between 7am and midnight, including weekends.

Working closely with the Manager and Assistant Manager, you will help manage shifts and supervise a team of contract Food and Beverage Assistants and Unitemps Food and Beverage Assistants to maintain excellence in our offering. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our food services and will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing advice and assistance, ensuring any queries are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner.

Your responsibilities will include leading the team in a guest-focused service culture by ensuring service areas are ready and staffed According to the reservation system details. You will ensure that the team is prepared, informed and motivated by providing a pre-service briefing and checking that all service checklists are completed.

Your keen attention to detail will ensure that everything is absolutely correct and address any underlying team issues or concerns, escalating them to the line manager as required. You will thrive by supporting the wider business to help maximize income and profitability. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining health and safety standards, especially in relation to food safety and allergy protocols.
