What you will drive and own

  • Full Profit and loss For roofing works. Quarterly planning, forecasting and budget discipline.

  • gtm: Defining ICPs (homeowners and contractors), positioning, pricing, and channel mix (search, affiliates, partnerships, paid social).

  • Liquidity of supply and demand: Contractor acquisition, onboarding, service level agreements, churn prevention, and incentives.

  • Quality lead and direction: Verification, registration, geo-targeting, real-time sending (under 30 seconds), refund/dispute policy

  • Performance marketing: Daily experimentation, creative testing, ROI tracking, and attribution truth.

  • Product and data: Collaborate with engineering/design on registration forms, anti-fraud, and dashboards; Tool metrics from start to finish.

  • Operations: Playbook, Quality Assurance, Compliance, Payments, Vendor Management (callers/contact centers, data providers).

  • a team: Recruiting quality players through growth, operations and partnerships; Build a culture of ownership and speed.

90 days:

  • Expand to 10-12 states, Over 500 active contractors,CSAT/NPS >60.

  • Scale 2-3 profitable channels; Offer dynamic pricing and higher-intent products (appointments and direct transfers).

  • Closing of two strategic partnerships (manufacturers/associations/subsidiaries).

  • Deploy operating cadence: weekly KPI reviews, monthly P&L, and quarterly roadmap.
