You have 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer facing roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
Speak and write fluently Dutch -This is non-negotiable
We are proactive problem solvers with strong critical thinking and a customer-first mindset.
You’re comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, and CRM/CS platforms.

Job requirements
As a CSM at Publitas, you will focus on customer retention, onboarding, and SaaS customer management. More details:
You will own a portfolio of clients mainly in the Netherlands, and will support clients in retail and e-commerce to reach their business goals through Publitas.
Understand each client’s goals, create customized success plans, and act as a strategic advisor throughout their journey.
Promote retention, expansion and renewals while identifying cross-selling opportunities that align with customer needs
Manage product onboarding and training, ensuring each customer launches successfully and reaches value quickly.
Proactively support users via email and video calls – resolving queries, managing customer lead and guiding them towards solutions and value without delay
Monitor key account health metrics and act quickly to resolve issues or risks of disruption.
Collaborate closely with sales, support, and product, ensuring seamless deliveries and a unified customer experience.
Contribute to our culture of learning, sharing ideas, customer feedback, and process improvements.
