requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in marketing
• Experience working with copywriters, designers, SEO specialists and developers
• Good knowledge of SEO and PPC (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads)
• Understanding GA4, tag management and Google Search Console
• Experience with inbound campaigns (outbound would be a plus)
• Understand marketing budget and ROI
• Understanding marketing automation systems and CRM systems
• Strong project management skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Great time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
• Strong written communication skills
• English level above intermediate or advanced (B2-C1)
• Any marketing testimonials are welcome

Responsibilities

• First and foremost, create a pipeline of opportunities for our sales team
• Coordinate the organic growth of websites in the TechMagic portfolio
• Experiment with paid acquisition campaigns and scale successful campaigns
• Research and test new marketing channels to generate effective demand in specific areas
• Optimize internal conversion and create MQLs/SQLs
• World-class sales enablement materials that convert
• Close collaboration with designers, copywriters, SEO specialists, developers and PPC experts.
• Close collaboration with external demand generation team
• Take responsibility for specific business units in the TechMagic group of companies
