About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Developer/Technical Lead with experience to direct mobile development efforts across Android and iOS platforms. This role combines strong technical expertise and leadership skills to deliver high-quality, performing mobile applications and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead mobile development initiatives for Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with other teams to define features, plan implementations, and ensure project alignment.
• Design and oversee implementations of custom features, ensuring maintainability and scalability.
• Ensure structured communication across engineering and product teams.
• Guiding the team in making technical decisions and solving problems.
• Oversee feature delivery, from planning to release, ensuring high performance and code quality.

• 8-10 years of professional experience in mobile development for Android and iOS
• Strong development background for Kotlin and Android, including Jetpack Compose
• Proficiency in iOS development (Swift)
• Familiarity with state management patterns (Flux or similar).
• Experience in performance optimization of mobile applications.
• Strong background in mobile application performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience making cross-platform architectural decisions.
• Previous leadership in a multi-platform mobile team.

– Commitment: We prefer full-time work (40 hours/week) but are open to considering part-time which can reach full-time in 3-4 weeks.
