Are you a skilled painter and decorator looking for a new challenge? We are looking for a talented professional to join our dedicated Building Maintenance team in the University’s Real Estate and Facilities Management Department. This isn’t just another paint job; You will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our diverse campus, which includes everything from important historical landmarks to award-winning modern buildings.

In this role, you will provide reactive and planned maintenance, showcasing your technical expertise and commitment to decorative excellence. You will work across our expansive campus, dealing with a variety of projects that require skill, initiative and attention to detail. While your primary focus will be painting and decorating, you will also have the opportunity to support other building maintenance functions, making the job fun and varied.
