We are looking for an excellent academic to join our employees as an assistant professor / lecturer in product design and innovation. The appointed person will have a proven knowledge and experience of applied marketing and entrepreneurship in bringing product designs to the market with/in startups and well -known companies, in addition to a record of teaching and appropriate research for the job stage. They are expected to maintain the current industry relations, develop new ties and opportunities for students and exchange knowledge, locally and internationally. As a member of the teaching team, the appointed is expected to contribute to an excellent experience for learning students, including evaluation and positions. They will flexibly contribute to developing our educational programs in response to changes in the demand for market, industry needs, and research of best enlightened practices.

The appointed person is expected to build a strong research profile that supports the university’s research task, through academic publications in the field of design and has a strong understanding of the changing commercial and academic scene. The appointed appointed is expected to maintain and conduct research, engage in a grant of quality and materials, and generate international standard posts.

The innovation department in design offers the design and innovation of BSC products, MSC design and MSC design for UX & I, as well as MLIT and PHD design innovation. Our students in university and graduate studies learn to harness their creative and technical skills and solve problems by obtaining an understanding of technology and materials, sensitive awareness of human needs and behavior through the design centered around the user. Our courses are very practical, focusing on project -based learning, workshops, laboratory sessions and teamwork. They learn to combine these capabilities to create solutions that satisfy users, even happiness, with an understanding of a unique multidisciplinary design: design, anthropology, engineering and business.
