The Biomedical Accessories Research Laboratory, led by Dr. Hesso Chuan Leo (Assistant Professor, UMASS AmHERST BME), is seeking to obtain a post -PhD researcher. The laboratory is physically adopted at the UMASS ChaHAN Medical College and focuses on the development and translation of advanced ultrasound techniques for measuring biotechnology of tissue. Current research confirms Elastography ultrasoundand Ultrasound systems that can be wornAnd Elastography (OCE). The situation encourages multidisciplinary cooperation between engineering fields, basic sciences and clinical fields.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of research in Elastography, cutting, OCE, OCE, and ultrasound systems
• Design and implementation of experimental protocols; Data and publishing analysis results in magazines reviewed by the peacocks
• The presence of results in the appropriate conferences or seminars
• Advanced studies and university trainees as needed

Required qualifications:

• Doctorate in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, seismology or discipline is closely related
• A strong background in an ultrasound practical experience showed
• Knowing with Verasonics
• Technical efficiency in signaling and photos, Matlab, and the initial models of devices
• Record a post installed in magazines reviewed by the peer
• Very enthusiastic in searching

Favorite qualifications:

• Knowing numerical simulation in flexible waves or sound waves
• Knowing soft materials or description designs

compensation:
The salary will follow the salary of the National Informatics Institutes after the doctorate, in proportion to experience.
