About the role

The Ministry of Politics and International Studies is pleased to invite requests for the center of the lecturer (Assistant Professor) / great lecturer (Associate Professor) focusing on China’s policy.

The appointed will reinforce and work with the active group of active scientists on which East Asia focuses on, and contributes to the Ministry’s formation format in addition to providing university grades and graduate studies.

Regardless of the publication of distinguished academic research, the role holder will work and teach both public and specialized units (individually and with others), and advise each of the theses of graduate studies and postgraduate studies, supervision of doctoral theses (pending the completion of the test period), and provides pastoral care for students. The role holder is also expected to work in a group and cooperative manner with both academic and non -academic employees throughout the department and the school.

In addition to the subjective specialization and regional experience focused on the policy of modern China, some experience in managing stereotypes via Internet and executive education, as well as participating with the non -academic masses, will be useful.

About the section

Within the service, the Department of Politics and International Studies is a pioneering department led by the world, ranked third in the world because of its distinguished “academic reputation” (QS International Classics 2025).

The Ministry of Politics and International Studies is currently one of the largest studies in service. It is known for its participation in research with political facts in Africa, Asia and the Middle East, and to provide innovative and difficult views on these facts.

Academic faculty members, along with our research students, work through a wide range of global, international, regional and theoretical issues, including international security, international organizations, international political economy, diplomacy, immigration, as well as comparative political theory, the policy of systems and resistance, cultural identity, urban policy, climate change, and violence.

We are an exceptionally diversified section with experience in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Most of our faculty members have regional and theoretical interests, one or more language in the areas they study, and the experience of great field work.

One of our basic obligations lies in strengthening an educational environment in support of our students. There are currently about 1,250 students registered in the certificate programs on the campus. The majority study of Ba in politics (or politics with another topic) or a bachelor’s degree in international relations (or international relations with another topic). In addition, the administration hosts three postgraduate studies: MSC policy, international relations, energy and international climate policy, international and diplomatic studies.
