In this post:
Computing systems need to communicate with each other, and the public key encryption plays a decisive role in creating safe communication channels between the continuous devices. Post -quarter encryption or PQC studies general initial novels that prevent quantum computing attacks. Graz University of Technology (Tu Graz) seeks to obtain a PhD student to conduct investigations into aspects of post -quarter encryption of the emerging computing systems in memory. The ideal candidate for the doctoral center will hold a master’s degree with the project’s experience in implementation or sporting aspects of encryption.

Human awareness is a fungal capacity, emerging from the brain’s ability to treat many sensory inputs. Simulating this function in electronic systems – which is uncommonly referred to as nervous computing – carries the ability to create very smart machines capable of supporting a wide range of daily applications, from independent compounds to smart navigation systems. However, achieving nervous computing in practice represents great challenges, especially in the areas of energy efficiency, reliability and security.
MSCA React deals with these challenges by developing the nerve platform that is self -perceived by its nature in terms of energy consumption, safe operation and system reliability. As part of this initiative, 15 doctorate candidates will be trained in the early stage (DCS) through a comprehensive multidisciplinary program that extends on material science, physics for devices, computer engineering engineering, initial appliances of devices, translator design, simulation, simulation tools, in addition to cybersecurity, reliability, and verification of the system.
React provides a uniquely organized training environment, combining academic excellence and industrial cooperation. DCS will benefit from close counseling by researchers and industry experts, while developing basic skills in scientific writing, research ethics, time management, and entrepreneurship.
With the conclusion of the React project, the participants will be well equipped to follow up influential jobs throughout the academic and industry, as the React program works as a strong basis for their success in the future.

ISEC, Institute of Information Security, is the largest university institute in Austria for research and education in security and privacy. He has been active in this field for more than 30 years and is currently working more than 60 researchers. The institute is part of the College of Computer Science and Biomatic Engineering at Graz University of Technology (Tu Graz). The Crypting Engineering Research Team is located in ISEC and is supervised by Assistant Professor Sujoy Sinha Roy. The goal of “Crypting” is to make mathematical concepts for emerging and safer coding algorithms on hardware and software platforms. It usually takes about 4 years in ISEC. The new doctorate student will become a member of the Crypting Group in ISEC. The PhD position is funded by MSCA DN for 36 months and the remaining 12 months will be covered by other sources of financing. ● PhD base: Applicants should already have a doctorate degree in the history of employment.
● Master’s degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, computer science or relevant field with excellent degrees.
● The ideal candidate for the doctoral center will hold a master’s degree in computer engineering/electronics or its equivalent with the project experience in the aspects of encryption (for example, effective devices, software implementation, side canal analysis, faults analysis, etc.)
● Excellent English communication, presentation and writing skills.
● He must be a team player.
● Knowing computing in memory is an additional advantage.
Employment conditions:
We present to you according to the group work agreement for the Austrian universities:
● A basic salary of 3.714,80 euros (doctoral students in the salary range) per month in the first year, with a maximum of 4.403,80 euros per month in the fourth and last year, based on a full -time site (14 x per year).
● Temporary position for a year with the renovation option for another three years; The prolongation of the contract depends on sufficient progress in the first year to indicate that you will successfully complete the doctoral thesis during the next three years. Doctorate Training Program is part of the agreement.
