We are currently seeking a Senior Partner Empowerment Specialist To join our GTM Enablement team in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto or the US.

What your team does:

GTM Enablement supports a revenue organization with the tools, technology, content, training, process, and support needed to effectively do its jobs and achieve revenue goals. Partner enablement is a core revenue function within the Enablement team, supporting our channel partners with onboarding, ongoing learning, content and other key services.

Who are you:

You’ll be based on our emerging Partner Enablement function at Clio, helping to define the strategy, design and implementation of sales and technical enablement programs for our global partners. This critical role ensures our associates have the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to drive meaningful outcomes for our clients and business results.

We’re looking for someone with experience building, scaling, and measuring partner enablement programs, who is passionate about solving problems, and passionate about using data to demonstrate impact. You need to succeed in a fast-growing environment, where change and new challenges are common. We are looking for someone with experience and ready to run a partner enablement program like your own business.

What you will work on:

  • Scalable Strategic Enablement: Design and implement a comprehensive, scalable partner enablement strategy that aligns with Clio’s business objectives and meets the evolving needs of our diverse global partner ecosystem.
  • Program Development: Develop and deliver a broad range of scalable enablement software, resources and tools that provide partners with the knowledge, skills and competencies needed to effectively sell and support Clio solutions. This will include certifications, training, content and communications.
  • Cross-Functional Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, customer success, and operations to align enablement initiatives with business priorities and partner needs.
  • Data-Driven Empowerment: Define and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of empowerment programs and their impact on partner performance. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the enablement strategy through a data-driven approach and partner and stakeholder feedback loops.
  • Flexibility: Maintain flexibility and adaptability in response to changing market conditions, partner needs, and business priorities. You have a creative and problem-solving mindset to face challenges and achieve results.
  • Innovative approach: Stay on top of channel sales and enablement best practices. Constantly look for innovative solutions and approaches to address gaps and improve the partner experience – be willing to try new things.
  • Assist and support GTM enablement initiatives as needed.

What to bring:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a partner or channel enablement area
  • Instructional design experience a plus
  • Experience working with mid-market and enterprise SaaS companies
  • Experience developing and implementing partner enablement strategies for global teams
  • – Ability to manage projects from idea to completion
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and communications skills
  • Collaborative, creative and responsible business partner
  • Ability to manage deadlines, ambiguity and change effectively
  • Excellent strategic, conceptual and decision-making skills

The full salary range* for this role is $97,700 to $115,000 to $132,300 CAD. Please note that salary ranges may vary based on location and local currency. Additionally, benefit offerings may vary depending on the employee’s location.

*We aim to hire all candidates between the low end and midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the high end of the salary range for internal employees who demonstrate high performance and sustained impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will depend on the individual experience and skill set of the candidate. Please note that there is a separate set of salary ranges for other regions based on the local currency.
