We are expanding and looking for someone who is interested in systems and has experience working with people Marketing Operations Manager To keep our global team organized and our clients working on schedule.

Role overview

• You will own the daily delivery service to our clients and the agency brand.
• Your mission: Make sure every project is completed on time, on brand, and profitably — without the founder having to micromanage.
• You will lead people, processes and platforms across a distributed team operating in the US, South Africa, Philippines, India and Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Manage ClickUp boards, create schedules, assign tasks, and track progress.
• Lead weekly production meetings and distribute work items.
• Maintain direct delivery calendar for all clients and agency.
• Balancing workloads between team members and contractors.
• Build and document standard operating procedures (SOP) for repeatable workflows.
• Enforce quality assurance standards before customer delivery.
• Integrate AI-powered tools (such as ChatGPT and in-house AI) into your workflow.
• Produce brief weekly status reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in marketing operations or creative agency.
• Advanced user of ClickUp/Asana/Monday/Similar.
• Convenient management of remote and multicultural teams.
• Strong understanding of SEO, social media, paid media, and content workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus Skills: GHL (HighLevel), automation, AI tools, or experience in the legal industry.

What does success look like?

• 95% of projects were delivered on time.
• < 5% of deliveries were returned due to errors.
• Weekly operations report is submitted on time, every time.
• Team morale is high, communication is clear, and the founder is focused on growth.
