Looking for an optimistic, personable individual who is passionate about the industry and talent management. Preferably has previous recreational training experience and can work in a fast-paced environment. We are an experienced talent management company with exceptional clients. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience where you can learn about the field of talent management.

• Hands-on experience

Duties and responsibilities
• Assist managers with tasks throughout the day
• Video editing on iMovie, cutting client reels and self-tapes
• Shadowing managers about day-to-day responsibilities
• Update the calendar when needed
• Sending tests to clients, when needed

requirements:
• Previous training experience (preferred)
• Must be enrolled in school and be able to obtain school credit.
• Ability to use iMovie or other similar video editing software.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication.
• Fast learner
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
