Some nice things you own:

  • You have experience creating complex interactive or collaborative web applications (bonus: experience with editor applications)
  • A passion for knowledge management, human-computer interaction (HCI) or productivity spaces. You have a great ambition to invent the future.
  • Over 2 years working in front-end engineering on functional and beautiful products. Better yet, be on a remote team.
  • High level of Polish sensibilities and user experience (bonus: product skills, strong portfolio)
  • You have used ClojureScript in a production environment before, and feel comfortable using Clojure and functional programming in general to solve non-trivial problems
  • Excellent English writing skills
  • Desire to own full customer and team features

Our interview process 💭

All our conversations are two-way streets. We devote a lot of time to the questions you ask us. We will get to know you a lot through the questions you ask.

Our steps:

  1. Initial interview with Anne (15-30 minutes)
  2. Cultural interview with An and Tienson (1 hour)
  3. Technical Evaluation with An and Tienson (1 hour)
    1. Run us through a project you can be proud of. Contribute to public relations for our project. Or we can give you a code challenge
  4. Reference call with 3 of your (former) colleagues (15 minutes each)
