The minimum qualifying marks for STET 2025 vary by category:

• General category: 50%
• Backward Classes (BC): 45.5%
• Extremely Backward Classes (EBC): 42.5%
• Candidates of scheduled castes/tribes, women and persons with disabilities: 40%

The Paper 1 syllabus follows the Graduation level of public universities, while the Paper 2 syllabus corresponds to the Honors level syllabus.
