Job Summary:

Lake Highland’s Lower School (LS) is seeking an Administrative Assistant – LS Operations to provide high level support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Elementary School office. This role requires a highly organised, personable and proactive individual who can maintain well-organised digital and physical records, including cumulative student files; Serve as the primary point of contact for all LS facility needs, including maintenance requests and classroom setups; Coordinating and supporting field trip operations and tracking the progress of field trips, to name a few.

This is a full-time, fully-benefited position for 12 months and non-exempt. We encourage applicants from underrepresented groups to apply.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience is considered equivalent
• Previous experience in administrative or executive support is required, ideally in an educational setting.
