Assistant professor in the history of Irish and/or European in the Middle Ages at Dublin City University
Role
The Faculty of History and Geography at the University of Dublin is seeking to obtain an assistant professor in the history of Irish or European in the Middle Ages (permanent).
A successful candidate will be given the opportunity to teach in their research specialization, but he will also teach survey units in the history of Irish and European in the Middle Ages. Consequently, the successful candidate will design and teach a group of basic and optional units at the rank of BA and Bachelor of Religious Education with history programs, and can be studied on other school programs, such as MA in history, and faculty programs, such as the Ba Single Modele program, as appropriate for the head of the school.

Qualifications and experience:
The required qualifications and experience are:

- Applicants must obtain a PhD in history.
- The specialization of applicants in any field of the history of Irish and/or European centuries may focus in the Middle Ages.
- Applicants must have experience in the university level, including the design of the stereotype and coordination. This experiment should include approved and/or evaluations, or/or online teaching or with the help of technology.
- Applicants must have a capacity to teach the history of Ireland in the Middle Ages and the history of Europe from the eleventh to fifteenth.
- Applicants must have strong research achievements in the field of medieval history and a suitable publishing record for their career.
- The successful applicant must have an independent research program, and it has shown the ability to attract research financing from competitive and/or industry research plans.
- Applicants should be able to clarify how their research is complementing the current strengths of the school.
- A successful candidate will perfectly have a relevant doctorate experience for at least three years.
- A successful candidate must have excellent skills between people and communications in line with the highest quality of teaching and learning, as well as evidence of successful collective work and a collective approach.
