The position of the teaching staff is open in all ranks: Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor. About PQC-X

A newly established laboratory in Xjtlu, led by Professor Jintai Ding*, is a global-recognized leader in post-Quartom encryption. Through the initial funding of $ 22 million by the university, PQC-X aims to create a global research laboratory with a focus on conducting leading global research in post-quarter encryption, and promoting major technologies in this field. PQC-X expands to a team of 9 faculty members, 9 researchers after a doctorate, and 12 students from his doctorate.

*About Professor Jintay Ding

Professor Jintai Ding is a global-recognized pioneer in post-quarter encryption, and he is currently the Dean of the College of Mathematics and Physics at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool (xjtlu). He was one of the main designers of the ML-KEM (FIPS 203), the only criterion for the main institution resistance to the quantity chosen by the National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST). He is also the inventor and patent holder in the first quantum switch, which was among the NIST patents licensed to ML-KM.

Before joining Xjtlu, Professor Ding was a full professor at Tsinghua University; And a distinguished professor of TAFT at the University of Cincinnati for more than 20 years. Professor Ding has a PhD from Yale University.
