🚀 Assistant and Associate Professor in Urban Planning at the London College of Economics and Political Science

We employ two positions: one associate professor and an assistant professor in urban planning. Its headquarters in the Department of Geography and Environment will contribute to the intellectual life of the school by conducting and publishing distinguished quality research, participating in high -quality teaching according to instructions by the head of the department, and participating in the activities of the school and the broadest. It will also join a long and successful master’s program in regional and urban planning studies, which has a strong demand for international students who has an active graduate network.
As an assistant/associate professor, you will have research interests and research in urban planning: specifically in one or more of the following areas: planning for sustainable cities, regulating land use planning, and/or planning law.
Assistant candidates will have, or they will be about to obtain a doctorate degree in urban planning or a relevant field by post -start date. You will have an installed capacity, as evident from current publications, or the ability to spread, in higher magazines in planning or related fields closely and clearly developed and viable for distinguished research in the future. You will have the ability to teach postgraduate planning courses. It is advisable to teach human/urban geography courses at the university level level.
Candidates will have two participating professors in the urban planning or the relevant field. You will have a busy post in the upper magazines in planning and/or related fields as well as a clear and developed strategy for high -quality research. You will have a busy record of excellence in teaching urban planning at the level of graduate studies as well as ready to work as the director of the MSC program. It is advisable to teach human/urban geography courses at the university level level.
