We are seeking to appoint a post -PhD participant (PDRA) for the RadFUTERES application, which is funded by the EDRC Research Center, with the support of the EPSRC and Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC). The position will be suitable for an experienced PDRA, a doctorate degree nearby, or after the post -living corrections.

Climate change actually affects the United Kingdom. By 2040, the long and long periods of heat will become a normal summer events. This is expected to push an unprecedented rise in demand for cooling energy, creating a major challenge to the future energy system in the future. The goal of the RadFUTERES project is to understand the social and technical characteristics of British families that have already installed air conditioning (AC) and frequency current accreditation driving paths. The project will conduct the first social social study of AC in UK homes that provide data to understand the current and future demand for local cooling.

It is expected to follow:

• Conducting quantitative and qualitative research and participation in the activities of reporting and publishing projects.

You will have:

• Near the doctorate or the completion of the equivalent research experience.
• Quantitative and qualitative research skills.
• Knowing the use of energy in buildings.
