RPI Athletics Summary seeks to obtain an assistant and dedicated trainer for the men’s and women’s field. This constant seasonal position supports the main coach in all aspects of the comprehensive NCAA Division III program, with opportunities to make a direct impact on the growth and success of sports students.

Main responsibilities

• Helping in training sessions and practices and preparing competition.

• Provide the training and guidance training.

• Supporting employment efforts and identifying talents.

• Contribute to the management of the program and daily operations.

• Enhancing a culture of excellence and inclusiveness and student development.

Qualifications

• The required bachelor’s degree.

• At least one year of training or competitive experience.

• Knowing NCAA regulations and employment operations.

• Strong communication, personal skills, and organizational skills.

• The US driving license is valid; The ability to travel from time to time.

• The required physical recruitment.
