In VivSoft, you will conduct federal proposals with high impact that form important missions in advanced fields such as Devsecops, AI and Cloud Technologies.
Main responsibilities:
- Serves as a major contact point for customers, providing strong, consistent and active connection.
- Control and settle the escalation, providing clients’ problems promptly and satisfactorily.
- Watch the development and tracking of tasks, metrics and service agreements (SLAS).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure understanding and fulfilling customer requirements.
- Keep track and evaluate customer satisfaction and interaction, when needed to implement improvements.
- Use project management tools and methods to control IT services and projects focused on the client.
- Promoting the Change Management Initiatives, agreed with organizational purposes and customer expectations.
- Prepare reports, presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
- At least ten (10) years of combined experience in the industry, government and/or advice with a focus on customer relationships.
- Proven IT project management experience using different Microsoft tools.
- A firm understanding and practical experience of management of information technology services and strategies.
- Knowledge in analytical instruments such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in organizational changes management standards.
Preferred qualifications (optional):
- Certification in project management (eg PMP, Prince2).
- Experience with CRM platforms and customer service tools.
- Previous experience in the public sector or government contracts.
