We are looking for an exceptional head of the account. As part of our management team, you will report the director of the service and work closely with sales and operations groups. Account managers in Stack Affert are conducting the process on board new customer brands and coordinating successful launching companies. This is a role that facing customers, which provides for the management of relations through electronic and video meetings, as well as the success of the company at the end to the end from the board to the side. You will have the opportunity to work with different brands, as our platform has helped Magic SPOON, UNILEVER, MOMOFUKU, Soylent and many other Micro Influner stocks.
To succeed, you will need to manage the results, self -government and in detail oriented.
This is a remote, staff position (should be in Canada).
Required skills and experience:
- 2-5 years of management management or client’s success role
- Experience to fight business owners and executives
- Knowledge of e -commerce markets and/or marketing of influence
- High Ticket Ticket Experience Email and/or Support
- Comfortable holding customers calls on camera
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Previous work experience as customers with demonstrated communication skills
- Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple processes at the same time
- Interest in technology and digital marketing; Previous experience in the starting environment is an asset
- Experience with CRM software
- Average with Google Office (documents, letters, slides)
Basic Duties of Work:
- Serves the main point of contact for customers after being sale (without considering or quota)
- On board new and returned brands and send them at the end of the company process
- Conducts a company behind calls for new brands, and as needed to check for registration in the middle
- Observe the control over the creation of new companies with great attention to detail, coordination of communication between brands and OPS internal team
- Promoting sales transfer process and work closely with sales team to understand customer’s goals and needs
- Become an expert on the internal systems and tools of the stack
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with existing customers and partners of agencies
- Provide Permanent Feedback Team Products to Provide Improving Our Companies
