Your tasks
- You will work in one of our interfunctional teams within the product trio, as well as the leading designer, engineering and several developers. In addition, you will actively and regularly coordinate with all the relevant stakeholders in the company.
- You will be responsible for the roadmap and the strategic development of your products given in accordance with our vision and product strategy.
- Together with the leading designer of the products on your team, you will plan and conduct scientifically research activities (such as interview users, convenience testing, polls and other qualitative and quantitative measures).
- You will get opportunities from research results to identify potential products improvement by developing a deep understanding of our users.
- You will promote a master class with your team, stakeholders and users to identify problem statements, ideas and achieve other goals.
- You will determine the hypotheses and performance indicators, constantly checking your assumptions and desired results.
- You will support the necessary balance between the desired user results and our business goals and OKR in your work.
- Together with other products, you will act as an interface between the development of products and the various departments of the company, reporting the work and solutions of your team transparent and clear.
Your job requirements
- 3+ years of experience as head of product or product owner in SAAS and B2B
- Free English skills
- Experience of nimble methodologies
- Independent and focused on solving work style
- Motivation to initiate and maintain positive changes
- Technical knowledge and experience with distributed software development teams
- Proven ultimate responsibility for the product or product zone
- Experience planning and conducting users’ research and quantitative and quantitative data
- Experience training and seminars
