Your role in Hubpot
As the senior head of the average market account in Hubpot, you will be engaged directly with small and medium -sized enterprises, helping them grow. You will use active and incoming sales strategies to find and close the new business, as well as increase the use of Hubpot customer’s customer over time. You will use your knowledge of digital transformation and change management to act as a trusted advisor and business consultant for the client by launching the sales process to end them.
The duties of the head of the senior account:
- To develop and be responsible for your annual, quarterly and monthly business plan
- Find new prospects both in the entrance and self -presenters
- Launch qualifying calls with level C and heads of departments
- Close both the new business and set the base according to the quota on the monthly cadence
- Sell through the domestic champions to several stakeholders as well as directly to C -Council
- Work in collaboration with HUBSPOT marketing and technology departments to develop our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced
- Run online and occasionally in personal products of products
Requirements for role:
- 4-5 years old as a quota that takes role
- Professional fluency in English and French
- Experience in difficult sale conditions
- Submitted and posted by the C-level executives by changing the business
- Management monthly and annual pipeline as well as proven precipitation
- Aim, focused on services that exceed monthly and annual goals
- Trained and/or certified in a standardized sales method (eg Sandler)
