This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and/or technical support, solving ordinary requests and problems related to customers and services. What will you do in this role
As a Spanish bilingual licensed real estate and insurance agent, you work: You will:
o be effective in navigating multiple systems.
O actively listen and ask questions to determine customer needs.
O Consult the options for plan, coatings and pricing.
O processing of new and/or supplemented enrollment.
O Make sure our customers’ customers enjoy a valid experience.
o Deliver customer experience with a smile.
Your qualification
Your skills, conscientiousness, knowledge and true sympathy will give value and success at every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our licensed property sales and coverage insurance (remote) include:
O conversation and written fluency of Spanish and English
O 1 + years of customer service and 6 -month sales experience
O active license for residents for sale P&C insurance
O Check High School Diploma either GED
o Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
O knowledge of a quick job with high problems solving
O High Speed Internet (No Wireless/Hot Point or Satellite) and Smartphone (Loading 10 Mbps, Loading 40 Mbps, Combined 50 Mbps)
O must reside in the US or have a valid address in the US for living
