About work
Working directly with the executives, you will be responsible for the preparation of accounts, as well as assistance to management in various administrative tasks.
The background accounting is desirable, but not necessarily! We welcome all kinds of backgrounds until you want to study and motivate.
This is the perfect job for (but not limited to them) the mother, because we offer a very flexible working time and a flexible lunch break and you can work at home.
This is part -time for 4 hours / day = 20 hours / week. You will need to work 5 days a week. There is an opportunity to increase these 20 hours / week later.

Main responsibilities
- Total Monthly Reservation with Zoho Books software
- Reconciliation of accounts, accounts –uts and issuance
- Supporting other accounting procedures and reservation
- Communication and support partners
- Perform the administrative tasks of the assistant
- Slut and coordinate daily team events
- SEO project management

Your compensation
