You will support the financing team by simplifying the systems, integrating the main tools, driving automatic operation to enhance accuracy, efficiency and expansion.

Main responsibilities

• Support for implementation, training, improvement and maintenance of financial systems.
• Integration Management between NetSuite and other cloud -based financing tools such as Concur, Coupa, Floqast, Stripe, Workiva, Carta and Avalara.
• Cooperating closely with financing and other stakeholders in business to understand job needs and provide effective technical solutions.
• Determine and implement the opportunities to improve the process and automate through the financial workflow.
• Providing user’s daily support for financial applications and exploring technical problems, exploring and repairing errors.
• Monitor data safety and access to system; Implementing internal controls and guarantees as needed.
• Create and maintain documents on system formations, complementarity, processes, and the evidence to explore and repair errors.
• Cooperation with technical teams to ensure the consensus of financial systems with the broader organizational architecture and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, finance/accounting, or a related field practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in implementing and supporting NetSuite and other financial systems.
• A strong understanding of financial operations, accounting principles, and the best practices of the ERP system.
• An installed experience combining financial systems and automating the workflow.
• Excellent skills to solve problems and pay attention to details.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to document and explain technical concepts of non -technical interests clearly.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Netsuite official or relevant certificates.
• Coupa certificates.
• Experience with text programming or customization within NetSuite (for example, suitscript).
• Experience of implementing systems in software or services industries.
• In -depth knowledge of the principles of revenue identification, with experience in ASC 606 and their application within financial systems.

The full salary range* for this floor ranges from $ 114,500 to $ 134,700 to $ 154,900. Note salaries can vary based on the location and local currency. In addition, benefits may vary depending on the employee’s website.
