This executive role will be reported directly to the CEO and plays a distinguished role in our business. In Hoadtap, our legal team is not a critical support function in all aspects of work, but rather is deeply integrated into our products and business strategy.

As a general consultant in our youthful but growing industry, you will need to love to solve practical problems in a complex and dynamic environment.

As a general advisor, all strategic and tactical legal initiatives will be supervised. As part of the executive team, it will provide effective advice on the company’s strategies, implementation, legal function and compliance, and supervise the work of the external advisor. In order to be successful, you will need to help us build a legal strategy that includes the responsibilities of our business, legal and moral. In addition, we will look at you to be the chief of our legal speakers with investors, organizers and other stakeholders, and therefore your presence and comfort in external communications is crucial.

In Hoadtap, the legal function consists of three distinct categories that you will be responsible for directly:

Organizational issues: As a new product in consumer home financing space, Huntap should be aware of the laws and protection of consumers and in force local. It will help in developing legal positions and compliance strategies related to the laws and regulations in force, ensuring that we achieve our business needs, including our legal obligations. It will help us to develop an effective and compatible investment process, implement a long -term situation through the strategy of the start of the country, evaluate the new product opportunities, and develop a continuous organizational status and a framework for the company. When investigations or litigation arise, you will be a person to lead our strategy and manage the external advisor. It will play a pioneering role in our governmental and industrial relations and be responsible for building relations with relevant industrial commercial associations.

Capital markets: HOMETAP growth requires continuous growth in the number of investments we make, which requires a great deal of capital. Along with our internal transactions experts, it will help us to maintain current investment funds and credit facilities as well as exploring new structures and sources with expansion. You will be responsible for overseeing legal components and compliance with these fundraising efforts, including negotiating conditions, forming funds, documents, compliance, etc.

Public companies: It will be supervised by all public legal issues of companies in HOTETAP. Examples include seller contracts and contractor agreements, NDAS, employee agreements, shares grant, employee booklet issues, compliance documents, etc.

As such, your responsibilities will include:

Legal and organizational

• Leadership of the comprehensive legal strategy for risk evaluation and risk assessment with a focus on organizational compliance, litigation and expansion of the product
• Working with organizers and policy makers at federal levels and federal levels in addition to representing Muscat in our trade association’s relations
• Administration of legal compliance and compliance teams
• Leading legal operations, procedures and infrastructure needed to control, simplify the legal review, documents and approvals, save records, and help expand in a much larger company
• Communication with other executive leadership and the board of directors to provide legal and strategic advice through a wide range of commercial and legal issues, including corporate governance
• Tracking and analyzing legislative, commercial and organizational issues related to the company’s operations, contractual obligations and compliance programs
• Identify and relationships with external advisers and other professional advisers, and improve cost and quality. Responsible for comprehensive legal expenses management.
• Responsible for managing all litigation and increasing results both as a plaintiff and his defendant

Corporate growth and governance

• Working with the capital market team on strategic planning and implementing opportunities for capital formation
• Supervising the internal lawyers in structuring, formulating and negotiating commercial agreements
• Provide advice on the legal aspects of the company’s financing activities
• Supervising the administration and retaining the external lawyer
• Advice management on employment and human resource issues

What you attend:

• Large experience and success shown in the organizational category, along with at least one of the other major groups mentioned above
• JD from the Faculty of Law approved by the American Lawyers Association
• Acceptance in the tape in the event of your stay
• Large experience in the legal office environment, and experience in legal practice at least more than 5 years as an internal consultant that runs a team of lawyers and work in emerging growth companies
• Wide -scale knowledge of the laws and regulations of federal and state organizational financial services and the consumer
