UG2 General Adviser is a strategic and operating leader responsible for providing expert guidance, legal risk management, and ensuring compliance in all operations. This role requires a proactive leadership in negotiating contracts, real estate transactions, demand management, organizational compliance, and advice to senior executives, thus protecting UG2 reputation and facilitating strategic business decisions in the facility services industry.
Job responsibilities:
Developing and implementing comprehensive legal strategies that are in line with UG2 work objectives, especially within the services of the facility and the real estate management sector.
Review of service contracts, review, service contracts, rental contracts, sellers agreements, and other critical documents, ensuring strong protection of UG2 interests.
Supervising litigation and demands, and close cooperation with external lawyers to effectively, efficiently and economically.
Sigher and operational management teams on legal risks, compliance obligations, and strategic business initiatives are advised.
Ensuring compliance with local, state and federal laws, especially those related to facilities management, real estate, environmental regulations, and labor laws.
Administration and participation with the external legal advisor, monitoring performance and controlling legal costs.
A partner with human resources in the matters of labor law, labor relations, trade union negotiations and employee disputes to ensure effective risk management and compliance.
Create internal procedures and compliance training programs specifically designed for the facility’s services industry.
Providing strategic legal inputs to lead senior leaders during business expansion initiatives, customer acquisitions, and emerging transfers.
Maintaining current knowledge of organizational changes that affect UG2 processes and proactively control the company’s policies.

Supervision responsibilities:
External legal resource management, ensuring optimal performance, cost effectiveness, and align with the strategic goals of UG2.
Requirements (knowledge, capabilities, skills,/or education and/or experience:

At least 10 years, the law is practiced with a strong focus on contracts, litigation, real estate, employment law and organizational compliance.
Experience installed in providing a strategic legal advisor within the facility management or related industries closely.
Experience in risk evaluation, demand management, and conflict resolution showed.
Excellent negotiations, analytical skills, formulation with careful attention to detail.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide advice and influence senior management effectively.
Exceptional, written and verbal communication skills, with efficiency in transmitting clear legal information clearly.
The experience of managing and improving relationships with foreign law firms and legal advisers.
A comprehensive understanding of employment and labor relations, including experience in the trade union workforce.
Strategically directed with a practical and proactive approach to solving commercial and legal challenges.
Efficiency in legal technology platforms and tools (for example, contract management systems, compliance tracking programs), with clear experience in implementing or improving these solutions to enhance organizational efficiency and compliance.
A busy record is received in the management of relations with external legal advisers and advisors, negotiations on the links, and ensuring the level of service level (SLAS) continuously to improve legal expenses.
Strong analytical skills with experience in taking advantage of legal analyzes and data -based visions to assess risks, litigation of litigation, improvisation improvements in contract management and organizational compliance operations.
