Summary of the job

To submit reports to the director of the Kim-Park study for the book program, the program coordinator will ensure success in presenting a study program study, including budget management; Coordination of fellowships and awards; Take travel arrangements for visiting scientists; Supervising the event and planning the workshop. The program coordinator will also be the main communication to study the activities of the book program by maintaining the presence of social media, writing news stories and blog posts, in addition to developing and maintaining the program site. The program coordinator also plays an important role in preserving strategic partnerships with centers and programs throughout the campus and in the broader history history community.

The ideal candidate will have a strong voice as a writer, exceptional organizational skills, a sharp eye for details as well as knowledge or attention to the history of books and/or materialism and transmission of texts.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing and strengthening the program lectures, workshops and other activities, including coordination of logistical services, communication with speakers and attendees.
  • Developing and maintaining a distinctive presence online for the program, using social media, site and other communication tools.
  • Providing administrative support for the daily operations of the program, from the Department of Budgets and awards to supervise the travel arrangements and answer inquiries from students, faculty and other component groups.
  • In coordination with the director of the program, speakers identified and developing ideas for workshops, seminars, lectures and other events related to the text mechanism and the history of the book.
  • Collect data, maintain records and create scanning tools for the purpose of determining the access and impact of the program.
  • In coordination with the program manager, keep the donors to see the activities of the program.
  • Understanding general understanding and expertise is used to manage services for participants and/or beneficiaries in the program.
  • It interacts with faculty, researchers and employees to work the committee or information.
  • Another relevant work leads as needed.

The minimum qualifications

education:
