The minimum requirements of eligibility: He must be a citizen in the United States at least 18 years old, possesses and maintains:

The US passport with at least seven months from the expiration date.
Definition data on the definition of the transport factor (Twic) and/or the joint access card of the Ministry of Defense (DOD) with at least ten (10) months of expiration.
USCG MERHANT Mariner (MMC), with at least ten months of expiration date.

Applicants with MMC for the engineer must have an EPA international material certificate.

** The applicants who hold the deck of MMC: ** • License/Certificate of Unlimited radar, • A license/certificate of the Federal Communications Committee.

Although it is not required to be considered, the candidates who keep Tankerman Pic (the responsible person)/DL (dangerous fluids), or appropriate diameter accreditation data as specified in 46 CFR 15.805 (A) (5), the TOAR staff (TOAR) record, explain the accreditation or certificates data. Operations, or foreign marine aid must provide that information in the application form.
