Opportunity:

The Edinburgh Futures Institute is currently seeking to appoint a data visualization engineer to support research to visualize data throughout the university through technical and conceptual advice as well as developing data perceptions.

The main purpose of this role is to support research in the visualization of data throughout the university through technical and conceptual advice as well as developing data perceptions. More specifically, a post -pregnant holder will act as a member of the EFI Research Technology Support at the Edinburial Institute (the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences (CAHSS)) and will support (personally and online) EFI VISLAB.

This full -time post (35 hours per week); However, we are open to looking at part -time work patterns. We are also open to considering hybrid work requests (on a non -contracting basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular work on campus.
