About the role

Are you excited to convert data into vision and systems into solutions? This is a dynamic role in the heart of our profession service, as it will lead the functions of integration and reporting in our management system. It will help forming how to understand participation, results and performance – all of which make sure that our platforms work smoothly and meet the advanced needs of our users.

Main responsibilities:

• Leading data collection, analysis and presentation to support decisions and improve services.
• Manage system and reliability functions, and to push continuous improvement and innovation.
• Determine opportunities to enhance system capabilities and simplify operations.
• Providing excellent customer service for students and employees, solving access problems and providing guidance.
• Delivery of technical information clearly and support to build confidence and participation through the user base.

Flexibility is a key in this role, and it is expected to contribute to service needs wider when needed.

For this role, you will need to be in the site 3 days a week. Although we can accommodate work from home for this role, it is expected that flexibility is on the site due to work needs. Due to the nature of this role, a standard for service and service ban will be needed.

• Translation of complex data collections into clear and accessible reports.
• Develop easy -to -use reports setting tools that support performance monitoring, trend analysis and strategic planning.
• Work independently during cooperation with a group of stakeholders.
• Show strong data analysis skills and experience working with databases and systems.
• Communication clearly and confidently, focusing on excellent customer service.
