About the role:

We are looking for a young voice designer to help create amazing games that share and entertain.

Excellent candidates have a good knowledge of the game industry, excellent sound skills (SFX and configuration). They will be enthusiastic about playing free games in games and strong understanding of the benefits that the dynamic sound can bring to push the emotional participation of the player.

This role is a position at the level of beginners, and in this way it will work closely with senior audio designers. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, are ready to present their work to the difference, show flexibility and desire to learn, with the ability to get notes with sympathy.

The responsibilities of the novice sound designer include:

• Compatible with the project vision, and to present the appropriate sound within the project restrictions.
• It composes soundtrack, providing sound effects, and sound editing, according to the directives of a sound designer or a great audio manager
• Work constructed with other voice designers and team members to achieve results within the restrictions
• Work efficiently and effectively. Work independently when necessary, but also cooperating actively with others.
• Be flexible and equipped to work in a variety of projects, with a variety of needs.

requirements

• The experience of creating and editing sound in a professional environment
• Excellent knowledge of digital audio stations (such as X or Pro-Tools)
• Maher or knowledge in digital intermediary programs (for example FMOD, WWISE)
• Maher with the unit.
• Very interest in video and interactive media games
• Understand the restrictions imposed on the addresses of mobile devices.
• Good self -management skills.
• Great ability to work with others in a cooperative environment.
• The desire to learn, exchange knowledge and help others.
• Creative thinking, with a good understanding of the player’s needs.
• A friendly personality, sympathetic and encouraging.
• Applicants must already have the right to work within New Zealand.
• This is a full -time role in the site in Wellington Studio, NZ. There is no remote work for this position (although we have an optional “business” on Tuesday and Wednesday).
