Overview of the situation
Based on the OCCRP mission, Aleph has long been the backbone of trusted data for investigators who hold power in the account. With the launch of Aleph Pro, we enter a new pivotal chapter – the SAAS platform is developed designed to bring this power to a broader network of organizations fighting for truth and transparency around the world.
To make this vision a reality, we are seeking to get the first president to develop business and partnerships. This is not a typical sales role; It is a basic leadership opportunity. You will be an engineer of the Aleph Pro commercial strategy, and to build a job function from A to Z. The main point of communication for institutions interested in Aleph Pro will be, with independence to form everything from our customer participation model and strategic partnerships to awareness and public relations strategies.
In this role, you will lead the commercial aspect of Aleph Pro, with the initiative in all business development and partnerships, as well as drafting contracts and negotiation. The bridge will be between our product and the world, which helps us build confidence, expand our user base, ensure successful launch and long -term growth. This is a unique opportunity to join the task -based organization in a critical moment, and work closely with our product teams and our development teams to determine the following infrastructure of investigative data.

Responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing basic business development, sales, and partnership strategies that will drive Aleph Pro global dependence and long -term sustainability.
- It is the main ambassador of Aleph Pro, identifying and planting relations with the main partners in the press, advocacy and civil technology to build a strong user coalition.
- Take the initiative to formulate, negotiate, contract contracts and service agreements that will be the basis for our customer relationships.
- Developing and implementing high -impact awareness campaigns and public relations that provide Aleph Pro to the world and involve the societies that we aim to serve.
- Design the comprehensive operations of the customer on board and support, ensuring the creation of our partners for success from the first day.
- Cooperating closely with our products teams and our development teams, translating market notes and customer needs into implementable visions that constitute the future of the Aleph Pro platform.
- It is the main communication point for customers and potential partners, which represent Aleph Pro in events, conferences and meetings with stakeholders.

- A successful history installed in business development, partnerships or a similar role facing the customer, ideally in the Sais or Technology environment.
- Excellent communication and display skills, with the ability to involve diverse stakeholders.
- Building strong relationships, negotiation, and the capabilities facing the customer.
- Confidence in drafting, negotiation, contract management and service agreements.
- Knowing the saas products and business models based on the subscription/layer.
- The ability to create and implement awareness, business development and public relations strategies.
- Very organized, with project management skills and strong operations.
- The ability to work independently, take the initiative, and build structures of scratch.
- The natural collaborator who understands how to work effectively with technical and productive teams to achieve common goals.
Desired – it will be great if you have these skills
- Infinitely with investigative journalism, civil technology, or the non -profit sector.
- The experience of working with international partners.
- Experience with CRM and project management tools like Jira.
- Marketing or experience in public relations in a context that depends on the task or non -profit.
- Multi -language communication skills.

- Experience directly working with pricing models based on subscription or gradient.
- Experience in drafting contracts, negotiations or service agreements showed.
- External communication management experience and organized representation of customers, partners and stakeholders.
Desired – it will be great if you have experience in this
- Work with a team to launch a Saas product or platform.
- Working with international partners, differences through cultures, or within the non -governmental/neglected area.
- Support the transition strategies to the market or the launch of products or customer on board.
- Infinitely with considerations of compliance in the saas contracts (for example, data protection, license).
- Experience cooperation with products and technical teams using Jira or similar tools.
