Operations Manager
We are looking for a manager to join our growing team! This role is part of the Operations Department and is responsible for helping to manage our physical and logistical production worldwide. Strong attention to detail, excellent problem solving skills, the ability to work under pressure and strict final dates is necessary. This position is a full -time hybrid at the company’s headquarters office in Van Nuwees, California.

Description
• Request/Supervision of Physical Production for all Divins (CD, LP, etc.)
• Work with designers to re -connect / re -create artwork from current material goods, archive files, etc., in addition to creating digital models
• Make sure to create all production materials for production specifications, accurate and free from errors
• ISRCS and UPCS, and the creation of parquet and catalogs #S
• Delivery of the deadlines and keep all departments and artists’ teams on the science
• Work closely with sales teams and managing products to ensure the preparation of the product properly with accurate information for the product and prices everywhere
• Charging coordination with distributors (request to sell points, meet their specifications) and ensure the delivery of the information/stock tracking information when available
• Additional tasks in the operations department as needed, including charging and receiving at times, organizing warehouses, storage, managing descriptive data, delivery of files, etc.
requirements
• From 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the music industry, it is preferable to be in a registration sign, distributor, or manufacturer
• Knowing the work of Photoshop, Illustrator, INDESIGN and the necessary acrobat, and the preferred graphic design skills
• The basic knowledge of audio and familiarity with the Pro/logic/garage tools is plus
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to maintain a positive position under pressure and strict final dates
• You must have strong organizational skills with a very interesting feeling of details

compensation
Competitive salary, incentives and benefits will be presented in proportion to the role and the final rental experience. Depending on knowledge, skills, capabilities, experience, education, network and final rental site, the basic salary is expected to be an annual rate of Los Angeles in the range of $ 50,000 – $ 67,000.
