• We are looking for a solution engineer and research to join our engineering department. This role mixes technical support, infrastructure design, and advanced research to provide high -performance solutions via our retail network.

Your responsibilities:

• Failure to restore service (companies: <4 hours, retail trade: <24 hours)
• Design and implement FTTH monitoring applications to improve errors
• Conducting preventive maintenance and improving the network operation time
• Search and implement new technologies to enhance IPNX products
• Cooperation with multi -functional teams to provide customer -focused solutions
• Prepare and maintain network documents, a mop, and performance reports
• Providing technical support by providing, installing and monitoring

Your expected qualifications:

• Beng in computer engineering, electronics, or associated information technology field (2.2/minimum upper credit)
• 3+ years experience in infrastructure fiber and OSP/ISP and network support
• Certificates: CCNA, CCNP (AWS, CISSP, CCDP, CCIE is plus)
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN design, steering protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, RIP), and basic network composition
• Experience with CAD, GIS, DWDM and network monitoring tools
• The ability to provide technical concepts and management of stakeholders have been proven
