ETP promotion path provides a clear framework for technician development. ETPS works cooperatively with our academic colleagues to provide a comprehensive education to form an educational environment when our students and colleagues can flourish.

It will contribute to the delivery and innovation of technical and technological education in the production of multimedia. This critical activity extends two of our schools, the English Language School and the Digital Arts School (SODA). You will support students looking for jobs in the press and creative media industries. It will initially focus on the multimedia press and future media production to provide a major production process and practical skills in line with industry standards.

The role includes overseeing modern media facilities that support specialized sectors such as podcasts, video journalism, and fields such as sports and musical journalism. It will focus on technical and technological education for production operations, including creating and connecting content via various platforms flowing channels and mobile and traditional phone including television broadcasts and radio. The role in this role is to ensure access to the latest production technologies and technologies, such as pre -design and virtual production, to push innovation and enhance media practice. You will play an important role in developing the DELTA’s promotional learning, education and evaluation strategy (DELTA) to expand our digital learning offer.

• Providing innovative and effective technical and technological education
• Providing an excellent student experience designed for different learning requirements
• Approving a style that focuses on people, cooperation and comprehensive, and providing leadership when necessary
• As part of the education team, it is a major shareholder in creating, designing, developing and presenting skills training
• Work as part of the team, work as a major contributor in developing and creating technical and technological education
• Evaluation of the student’s practical efficiency
• Analyze and consent of local students ’performance data to determine the effect and enhance the provision of the future
• It affects the introduction of new technology, and used current technology in new or innovative ways for education
• Complete a set of routine and complex maintenance activities, and communication with suppliers and manufacturers as required
• Supporting a specialist using a priority space at the school/department to achieve the maximum benefit of the student.

You will bring:

• Wide skills, knowledge and experience in technical and technological education
• Great experience in work as technician or technical
• Experience, development and delivery of a wide range of technical and technological educational content (such as induction, skills and associated materials) to an excellent standard that leads to promoting students ’results and satisfaction
• The ability to explain, evaluate and analyze data to inform concepts and ideas
• Understanding and the ability to implement teaching, learning and evaluation practices
• The experience of influencing and introducing new technology, or using current technology in new or new ways, which improves results/satisfaction.
