About the role

We are looking for a proactive individual focusing on students to join Student experience official, and support for first university students in College of Management.

This is a dynamic and diversified role, essential to enhance the student’s journey. As a major calling point, it will provide guidelines and support for students during their studies. From monitoring academic progress to the signing of pastoral and academic resources, your contribution to students will help to feel support, insert and empowerment for success. You will also play a vital role in the first university level, and works cooperatively with professional services colleagues throughout the school, and closely contacting study principals, academic advisors and other academic services and university campus to ensure an approach to joining, continuing and quickly responding to supporting students.

Committed to excellence in the service, you will support both students and employees by planning and delivering the enrichment and participation activities that enhance the feeling of society and belonging. You will maintain accurate information facing students through a set of platforms, ensuring the talks and that each student receives the appropriate support. Our ideal candidate will be proactive and adaptive in managing their work burden, showing a proper judgment, professional efficiency, and real commitment to enhance the student’s experience.

About you

• Excellent organizational skills and time management
• Strong skills between people and communication, with an approach that focuses on the student
• The ability to use the initiative and practice a proper judgment in a crowded and varied environment
• Confidence in dealing with sensitive information, including the management of complex or difficult situations with professionalism and sympathy.
• The experience of dealing with individuals from various backgrounds
• The ability to understand and apply institutional policies and academic regulations.
• Attention to details, with a focus on preserving updated records

This full -time role (36.5 hours per week) is presented, on a permanent basis.
