Salary range: 125,000 dollars -140,000 dollars commensurate with experience

a description:

We are looking for an experienced leader committed to progressive policy and climate work to become the Executive Director (ED) of the Green Party in Ontario. ED is responsible for developing, supervising the party’s strategic plan, which will be based on the party’s standard donations and their growth from the 2025 elections. ED is also responsible for ensuring the implementation of the annual work teams; Budget and financial reports; Human Resources Management and Office Management; Growth of donation collection; Annual agreements; And supervision of the necessary maintenance and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior management and human resources from leading organizations, especially in progressive or political or political organizations
• Solid and Heritage Management Skills, Budget and Administration, including budget preparation, analysis, decision -making and reports preparation
• Strong regulatory capabilities including planning, delegation, developing programs and facilitating tasks
• Knowledge and experience with donation collection strategies and donor relationships
• The ability to build volunteer teams, cooperate with volunteers and motivating them
• Strong written and transparent communication skills
• The ability to interact and involve volunteer groups and various donors
• The ability to supervise and cooperate with employees showed
• Productive, transparent and high -integrity skills
• Availability of travel and sometimes work is irregular, including weekends

Assets

• Political experience and/or legislative
• Creativity in developing new and unique ways to improve the organization’s processes and create new opportunities.
• French or other languages
• Knowledge of the elections is Ontario’s rules and procedures
